Buenos Aires, December 15 (NA) – The Chamber of Deputies' Legislation on Penalties Committee was called for a meeting to be held this Tuesday at 10:00, where it will begin to analyze the 'Fiscal Innocence' bill proposed by the Government.

According to the official call, the meeting will take place in room 7 on the third floor of Annex A of the National Chamber of Deputies and will be headed by the committee's president, Deputy Laura Rodríguez Machado, the Argentine News Agency (Agencia Noticias Argentinas) reported.

During the meeting, the topic 'Reforms to the tax procedure and the tax criminal regime – Fiscal Innocence, precedents' will be addressed, with the objective of analyzing regulatory modifications and their implications within the current legal framework.

The call was made at the express indication of the committee's head and is signed by the Secretary of the Legislation on Penalties Committee, Martín Saade.

The 'Fiscal Innocence' bill promoted by the Executive Branch seeks to modify the Tax Criminal Regime and the Income Tax declaration.
